Panel Upgrades
100A to 200A upgrades, meter combos, and sub-panels — permitted, inspected, and finished with a labeled directory.
EV in the driveway, induction in the kitchen, servers in the office — your 1980s panel didn’t see it coming. We upgrade homes safely, to code, at a flat quoted price.
100A to 200A upgrades, meter combos, and sub-panels — permitted, inspected, and finished with a labeled directory.
Level 2 chargers for every make — Tesla, Rivian, F-150 Lightning. Load calc included so your panel isn’t a surprise.
Flickering lights, dead outlets, breakers that trip at dinner time — diagnosed with thermal imaging, fixed the same visit.
Knob-and-tube and aluminum remediation for older Denver homes — insurance-ready documentation included.
Recessed lighting, under-cabinet, landscape lighting, and ceiling fans — designed and installed, not just swapped.
Whole-home electrical inspections for buyers, sellers, and landlords — thermal scan, GFCI/AFCI audit, written report.
Everything we touch is behind your walls, near your family, forever. That’s why every Livewire job is pulled under permit, inspected, and documented with photos — even the small stuff other shops skip.
Our crews are master- and journeyman-licensed employees. No handymen, no “my buddy does electrical,” no shortcuts.
Book online or call. For upgrades and EV chargers, send panel photos and we can often quote remotely.
You get one number with the permit included, plus a load calculation so the system is sized for reality.
We pull the permit, pass inspection, label every circuit, and send you the documentation for insurance.
“Panel upgrade plus a Tesla charger, quoted remotely from photos, installed in one day, passed inspection first try. Cleanest panel work I’ve ever seen.”
“Three electricians no-showed before Livewire. They found a melted junction the others missed — probably saved the house.”
“Rewired our 1948 bungalow with barely a hole in the plaster. Insurance dropped our premium with their documentation.”
Not always. A load calculation tells us if your existing panel can carry a 40–60A circuit. About half of Denver homes can; for the rest we quote the charger and upgrade as one flat package.
Unpermitted electrical can void your homeowner’s insurance and kill a home sale during inspection. Our price always includes the permit and passing the inspection — that’s the product.
It’s a manageable risk if remediated correctly (COPALUM or AlumiConn connections at every device). We do certified remediation and provide documentation your insurer will accept.
Troubleshooting calls are usually within 48 hours; genuine emergencies — burning smell, hot panel, sparking — get a same-day response, 24/7.
Light commercial, yes — tenant finishes, restaurants, and retail up to 400A services. Ask for our commercial lead when you call.
Send the project details — panel photos help — and we’ll respond within one business hour with next steps or a number.
