FUE Hair Transplant
Follicular unit extraction performed by our surgeon — natural angles, no linear scar, and a graft count you approve in writing before surgery day.
At Meridian, the physician you meet at your free consultation is the surgeon who performs your procedure. Transparent per-graft pricing, photo-documented results, and honest answers — including when a transplant isn’t the right call.
Much of the hair industry runs on commissioned closers and technicians doing the actual work. Meridian doesn’t. Dr. Aaron Meridian, a California-licensed physician, performs every extraction and designs every hairline — and your quote is per graft, published, and signed before anything is scheduled.
We photograph every case at consult, surgery, and 3, 6, and 12 months — the same angles, the same lighting. That’s the standard we ask you to judge us by. Individual results vary, and we’ll show you real cases like yours, not the three best we’ve ever had.
Follicular unit extraction performed by our surgeon — natural angles, no linear scar, and a graft count you approve in writing before surgery day.
Platelet-rich plasma from your own blood, injected to support thinning areas — often paired with medication or a transplant. Results vary by individual.
Physician-supervised finasteride and minoxidil programs with follow-up photos at every visit — often the right first step, and the cheapest one.
Female-pattern thinning needs its own workup — labs, medical review, and options from topicals to PRP, handled with discretion.
FUE grafts placed to match the natural direction of facial hair — for patchy beards, scars, or over-plucked brows that never came back.
Scalp analysis, donor-area assessment, and a drawn hairline design you can sleep on — with a written quote and zero deposit pressure.
Scalp and donor analysis, medical history, and honest options — sometimes the answer is medication, not surgery. No deposit asked.
Your surgeon draws the hairline with you, sets the graft count, and hands you a signed per-graft quote. Take it home. Compare it anywhere.
One day, local anesthetic, your surgeon at the chair throughout. You leave the same afternoon with a written aftercare plan.
Standardized photos at 3, 6, and 12 months, with your surgeon reviewing each set. Growth takes months — we track it with you.
“Two chains quoted me a “package” with a discount that expired that day. Meridian quoted per graft, told me my crown wasn’t worth transplanting yet, and put me on meds first. That honesty is why I came back a year later for my hairline.”
“The 12-month photos side by side with day one still get me. Nobody at work knows — my barber figured it out and asked for the number.”
“As a woman, walking into a hair clinic felt intimidating. They ran labs first, found the actual cause, and started with the least invasive option. My part line has visibly filled in since.”
Our pricing is $4–7 per graft depending on case complexity. Most hairline cases run 1,200–1,800 grafts ($4,800–12,600); larger restorations 2,000–2,800 grafts. You get an exact graft count and total in writing at your free consult — and 0% financing for 12–24 months if you want it.
Dr. Meridian performs every extraction and designs every hairline personally, assisted by our long-tenured clinical team for graft preparation and placement. If a clinic won’t tell you exactly who holds the punch, keep asking.
Natural direction and density are what FUE does well when the surgeon designs conservatively, and our 12-month photo series shows it. No ethical clinic guarantees a result: individual results vary with donor quality, age, and ongoing hair loss, which is why most surgical patients also stay on medical management.
Most patients are back at a desk job in 3–5 days; redness fades within two weeks. Transplanted hairs shed, then regrow — visible change typically starts around month 4, with full results judged at 12 months.
Yes — arguably more so. Starting finasteride/minoxidil early ($85–150/month, physician-supervised) often preserves what you have and can shrink or delay any future transplant. The consult is free either way, and we’ll tell you honestly if you don’t need us yet.
Send a few photos or book a private consult. You’ll leave with a real plan, a written quote, and no one calling you about an “expiring discount.”
