How much do movers cost in Austin?

Our flat hourly rates: 2 movers + truck $149/hr, 3 movers $199/hr, 4 movers $255/hr, with a 2-hour minimum. Typical totals: studio/1-bed $350–$650, 2-bed $700–$1,100, 3–4 bed house $1,200–$2,200. Fuel, stairs, wrap, pads, and tape are already in the rate.

What does “no hidden fees” actually mean?

The hourly rate plus a one-time trip charge (quoted upfront, usually $49–$89 depending on distance) is the entire bill. No fuel surcharge, no stair fee, no long-carry fee, no materials nickel-and-diming. Your video-survey quote carries a not-to-exceed cap in writing.

Are your movers really employees?

Yes — every mover is a W-2 Beeline employee, background-checked before their first shift and trained in our warehouse for two weeks before touching a customer’s furniture. We never staff moves from gig apps or day labor.

What if something gets damaged?

We carry cargo coverage and full liability insurance, and we claim about 1 damage per 200 moves. If it happens, you report it at the walkthrough or within 48 hours, and we repair or compensate — TXDMV requires 60 cents/lb minimum, and we offer full-value protection options above that.

How far ahead should I book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable; month-end and the 1st fill up first. Summer Saturdays book 4–6 weeks out. Mid-week and mid-month moves are easiest to schedule and get our lowest rates.
