About
The yard comes first.
Brisa Pool & Tile builds and renovates residential pools across Miami-Dade. Every project starts in your yard: where the afternoon shade falls, who will swim, and how much deck you want around the water. From there we draw the pool, pull the permit and build it in clear stages: excavation, steel and shell, tile and coping, finish and fill. One project contact keeps you posted from the first sketch until the pool is running and you know how to care for it.
- One project contact from sketch to start-up
- Permit and inspections handled
- Finish and tile samples shown in your yard

Questions
Before the first visit
Something else? Call and ask: (305) 555-0147
Do I need a permit to build a pool in Miami-Dade?
Yes. A new pool needs a building permit and inspections. We prepare the paperwork and schedule each inspection as part of the job.
How long does a new pool take?
It depends on the design, the permit and the inspections. You get a written schedule with the quote, and we update you at each stage.
Does resurfacing mean draining the pool?
Yes. The pool is drained, the surface is prepared, the new finish goes on, and the pool is refilled and the water balanced. We plan the dates with you.
Can I see finish and tile samples?
Yes. We bring samples to your yard so you can see them in your own light.
Do you work on pools another company built?
Yes: remodels, resurfacing, tile and repairs on existing pools.
