How much does a house wash cost?

Most single-story homes run $250–$375; two-story homes $350–$550 depending on square footage and buildup. Driveways typically add $120–$220. We quote a flat number up front from your address — no on-site upsell.

What’s the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Pressure washing uses force; soft washing uses chemistry. Concrete gets pressure. Siding, roofs, and painted wood get a low-pressure detergent wash that kills growth at the root — which is why it stays clean 4–6 times longer than a pressure-only rinse.

Will the cleaning solutions hurt my plants or pets?

We pre-soak all landscaping with fresh water, cover delicate plants, and rinse everything again after. Keep pets inside during the wash and off wet surfaces for about an hour afterward, and everyone stays happy.

Why does everything in Charleston turn green and black so fast?
