Services

Light, medium, heavy — if it rolls, we haul it.

Light & Medium Towing

Cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans on flatbeds and wheel-lifts — lowered vehicles, AWD, and EVs handled with the right equipment, damage-free.

Heavy-Duty Towing & Recovery

25-ton and 50-ton wreckers for semis, buses, RVs, and box trucks. Rotator recovery for rollovers, jackknifes, and off-road winch-outs.

24/7 Roadside Assistance

Jump starts, lockouts, flat tire changes, and fuel delivery — most roadside calls are fixed on the spot without ever needing a tow.

Accident Recovery

Fast, careful clearing after a collision — we secure the vehicle, photograph the scene, coordinate with police and your insurer, and tow to the shop you choose.

Equipment Transport

Skid steers, lifts, attachments, and small machinery moved on Landoll and flatbed trailers — chained, strapped, and documented for every jobsite run.

Private Property & Lot Service

Signage-compliant impound service for apartment complexes, HOAs, and business lots — patrols, permit programs, and full photo documentation on every hook.

How it works

From “I’m stuck” to back on the road.

  1. 1

    Call or text dispatch

A live dispatcher takes your location and situation — pin-drop works fine. We quote the flat rate before a truck ever rolls.

  2. 2

    Get your driver text

Within a minute you get your driver’s name, photo, truck number, and live ETA. You know exactly who is pulling up and when.

  3. 3

    On scene, on the hook

Your driver secures the vehicle with the right equipment for the drivetrain — photos before and after, every time.

  4. 4

    Delivered & documented

We drop where you choose — home, shop, or dealer — and you get a receipt matching the quoted rate to the penny.

Why Redline

The tow company that texts you a face, a name, and a number.

Redline started in 2011 with one wrecker and a grudge against the two things everyone hates about towing: not knowing when the truck will show, and not knowing what it will cost. So we fixed both. Every dispatch sends you a text with your driver’s name, photo, and live ETA — and our rates are published, flat, and charged exactly as printed.

Fifteen years later we run a mixed fleet from flatbeds to a 50-ton rotator, hold Oklahoma DPS wrecker licensing, and stay on the approved lists of every major insurance and motor club. The dispatch phone is answered by a human in Oklahoma City, every hour of every night.

  • ETA text with driver name & photo on every call
  • Published flat rates — $95 hook + $4/mile local
  • Insurance and motor-club approved

“Blew a tire on I-40 at 1am with my kids in the car. The text with the driver’s photo and a 22-minute ETA calmed everyone down — and he showed in 19. Charged exactly the quoted rate.”

“Our box truck jackknifed off SE 29th in the rain. Redline’s rotator had it upright and cleared before the morning rush, photos documented for the insurance claim. Adjuster approved it same week.”
Luis O. Fleet manager · Del City
“I manage 240 units and our lot was a free-for-all. Redline set up the signage, the permit program, and photographs every tow. Complaints went to zero because everything is documented.”

FAQ

Straight answers before the truck rolls.

What does a tow actually cost?

Local tows are a flat $95 hook fee plus $4 per mile, quoted in full before we dispatch. Heavy-duty, recovery, and after-midnight calls carry posted surcharges we state on the phone. The receipt matches the quote — that’s the whole business model.

How do I know when the truck will arrive?

Dispatch texts you the driver’s name, photo, truck number, and a live ETA the moment a truck is assigned. Metro average is 28 minutes. If the ETA slips, you get an updated text — not silence.

Will my insurance or motor club cover the tow?

Usually, yes. We’re on the approved provider lists of the major carriers and motor clubs, and we bill them directly when your coverage allows. If you pay out of pocket, we give you an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can you tow my car long distance?

Yes — statewide and out-of-state transport on flatbeds, quoted as a flat door-to-door price rather than metered mileage. Most long-distance quotes come back within 30 minutes.

My car was towed from a private lot. What do I do?

Call the number posted on the lot signage — Oklahoma law requires it. If it was us, dispatch will tell you the storage location, the posted fees, and what to bring (ID and proof of ownership). Fees are set by our posted schedule and itemized on your receipt.
