What new clients ask us first.

Is the $1 first exam for real?

Yes — one full wellness exam per new household for $1. We’d rather earn your trust with a real visit than a coupon. Vaccines or treatments during that visit are priced on the menu as usual, and you approve everything first.

What do routine services cost?

Wellness exams are $68, most core vaccines $28–42 each, spay/neuter $280–520 by weight, and dental cleanings $480–850 including X-rays and anesthesia monitoring. You’ll see exact numbers in writing before we begin.

What does “fear-free” actually mean?

Our team is trained and certified in low-stress handling: pheromone-sprayed towels, treats through the whole visit, exams on the floor or in your lap when that’s calmer, and rescheduling rather than forcing a terrified pet. Less stress means better exams, too.

Can you see my pet today?

We hold urgent-care slots every day for sick and injured pets — call by early afternoon and we can usually see you the same day. True emergencies (hit by car, bloat, can’t breathe) go straight to the 24-hour ER, and we’ll tell you that honestly on the phone.

Do you take pet insurance or offer payment plans?

We work with all major pet insurers (you pay, they reimburse) and accept CareCredit and Scratchpay for larger treatments — most approvals take about five minutes from your phone.
