How much does a diagnostic cost?

Our diagnostic is $89–$149 depending on the system, and half of it is credited when you approve the related repair. You always get the findings in writing — photos included — even if you fix it elsewhere.

What does a typical brake job run?

Most vehicles land between $280 and $420 per axle with premium pads and machined or new rotors. You’ll see photos of your pads with millimeter measurements before we quote anything.

Is your warranty really honored nationwide?

Yes — our 3-year/36,000-mile parts and labor warranty is backed by the TechNet network, so it’s honored at thousands of member shops across the U.S. and Canada, not just ours.

Do you use OEM parts?

We quote OEM or OE-equivalent as the default and will show you both options with prices when a quality aftermarket part makes sense. No white-box mystery parts, ever.

Can I really get a loaner car?

Free loaners are available for repairs over $500 (reserve when you book), and our free shuttle covers about 10 miles. For smaller jobs, most customers use the shuttle or wait in the lobby with wifi and decent coffee.
